Mango Ice Cream

1 can mango pulp
1 can condensed milk
1 carton Cool Whip or non-dairy whipped topping
Optional - diced mango

Add pulp, condensed milk and Cool Whip and mix together. Freeze for 2 hours. Add diced mango & fold into ice cream. Freeze for another 2 hours or more and eat when desired.

I think to make it more "healthy", maybe substitute evaporated milk instead of condensed.
