Where are you going to grow them, in a greenhouse?
They like lots of heat and need a long growing season to get large enough to make good canes and good sugar content.
I have seen them online somewhere, I lost most of mine this year, with temps down to 21F preceded by 14 hours below 32F. I see a couple canes coming up only.
If you don't find any, I could maybe see what I could spare.
I found some on ebay. And found this Florida site too, they sell it and have a variety of types.

There is a great looking red sugar cane. Would be more ornamental then the plane green. A couple of my neighbors have green Sugar cane-stays evergreen. Would look great around a pond with its weepy tropical look.

I believe I saw several stands of sugar cane growing next to the taro patch at the community gardens located adjacent to Kelly Park on Story Road in San Jose. You could inquire of the park staff about it.
