Ficus dammaropsis

Does anyone know of a current mail order source of Ficus dammaropsis?
It seems to be available, at least occasionally in California, but not here in Florida.
The only plant that I know of in the Miami area is a recent planting, but doing great.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
