Santa Cruz heat wave
Anyone here know of any good nursery in that area?

I haven't heard of a heat wave
It's raining here today, and it's supposed to rain for the most part of next week.
What sort of nurseries are you looking for?

Took a different route yesterday in Hayward and spotted a home with King and queen palms in the front yard and a business with two large urns with groups of Kings in each-and trunking King palms too. Didnt have camera. Soon.
Kings are so tropical looking. They really add to any landscape. Glad to see more around town.

Looking for a tropical or exotic nursery.
The weather change yesterday to be cooler now. But I think we might stop for one or two days. We are also going to be in S.Cal, like S.D. and San Clemente, so we will be checking out the usual palm nursery's down that way.
I am also looking for the extra tall white poppy. Some hybrid palms or unusual ones for z8b or 9a. Australian plants, (maybe that place in Vendura) Australian plants we should check out.
Can be retail or wholesale in Santa Cruz.
hopefully closes to 101 or hwy 1. There's a cool nursery in Halfmoon Bay right off the freeyway that I haven't been to in a long time.
Any suggestion Alex?

That's the prognostication. As of today for Bay area /SC. Today is supposed to be the coldest day of the next week. You should have nice visiting weather Roger. Maybe no fog even.

Will be down there for 17 days. NO worrys NO cares, just lots of R&R and plant shopping and garden visiting. With a few adventures I'm sure. We leave tonight.

thanks Alex, I've heard of Far West Nursery. We are in Santa Cruz and the weather is good and sunny but cloud are coming today and we may move south today (Monday). Lots of new queen palms planted by city in S. Cruz.
Latter dudes.
