Hayward did sound like a nice place. Shame no one will be able to see it anymore under all that banyan foliage and aerial root mass. And Stan actually thanked me for sending seeds, ha!

With trees dieing off so quickly from Oak Sudden Death syndrome, they will need something to cover the land. The banyans should provide greater zone protection from cold dropping out of the sky. But most likely keep things cooler over all too.
After a while they will be able to build freeways on them.
