tom spellman of dave wilson nursery on TV

Folks- Just wanted you to know that today I was reporting for PBS in the central valley near visalia and got to interview Tom Spellman (dave wilson nursery) on-camera. We were at the Lindcove Research Center which is a stretch of area that grows dozens and dozens of varieties of citrus. This man was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and so accommodating. I have heard you folks talk about him over the years, but today I got to see and meet him firsthand. What a great day.
FYI, the story is for the national PBS show, America's Heartland, and the piece will run at some point in the late summer, early fall.

thats a good show. makes me want to visit some of those farms and learn from it.
