Asparagus and greywater

I was thing about building a long and narrow bed filled with sand to plant asparagus. The watering would be done underground with greywater since asparagus will tolerate brackish water. Would it be OK to grow and consume asparagus watered with greywater? Any ideas or strong opinions one way or the other are encouraged and welcome.

Other plants good for greywater ...

Fuzzy kiwis, bananas, asparagus, ginger ...

Any other suggestions?

All my garden gets greywater

My entire garden gets greywater, including countless varieties of greens, onions, garlic, shallots, peas, beans, squashes, tomatoes, peppers, crucifers, lettuces, herbs, etc.

Fruits include apples, many stone fruits, figs (love it!) citrus, grapes (I sometimes acidify the water) and more.

My greywater drains...

to some patches of butterfly ginger and then to a small patch of kikuyu grass. The ginger seems to love being wet all the time and the kikuyu grass is two feet high and very green. There's too much greywater for these two so I have to figure out a way to store it...but it's on a slope so a bit difficult to do.
