Best commercial slow release fertilizers/potting soils

Osmocote 19-6-12 for fertilizer
It's readily available.
For potting soil: Buy any well draining potting soil with good air space and top dress with the osmocote.
Patio Plus by Kelloggs would fill the bill. Around $5.00 per 1.5 cubic feet.

I also use Kelloggs Patio mix.
It is a good mix and is relativly inexpensive.
