Hi !

I am from Vienna and love Citrus and other wonderful plants.

Momentarly I have my focus on rare Citrus and New Hybrids.

Anyways I love the fragance of their blossoms and the beauty of the plant itself, not only the fruits.

The climate (7a) is far to rough for to plant them outside, so I have to grow them in pots and keep them half the year insides ...

Hello new friend :)
I just joined as well. love the smell of citrus too, as do the wonderful and busy little honeybees, which I am so lucky to have buzzing around. Vienna is so beautiful-what species/cultivars do you grow there?

Chwala lepa ! :)

I heard about hardy pomelo (citrus maxima), Pomegranate (Punica granatum) and Fig Ficus caraica) from there.

Take care, that country is more dangerous, than you can imagine ...

Hi MrsMorningSong ! :)

I grow mostly very rare and special sorts, like variegated Lemon and Oranges or special hybrids like Limequat.
Nevertheless I have just common sorts like Kumquats and lemons for I just like the fruits of them.
Actually I look for the Dekopon, could you help me there ?

Were you already in Vienna ?

Many years back. Beautiful city and your post took me back to it. No, I do not have the Dekopon, but many citrus experts here whom I'm sure might be able to help you out.
