Hi Folks,
I have a bunch of American (Diospyros virginiana) seeds that I picked up last winter. More accurately, I have fruit which I picked up which still have the seeds in them. They have been refrigerated since then. Last year when I did this I got about a 90% germination rate. These are about a 2" fruit that is red with a very high sugar content as opposed to the Mexican variety that are much smaller and black.
I have way too many for my own use so I'd love to trade for fruit tree/bush/vine seeds that would be suited for zone 8-9 with high humidity.

Regards,
Dan

Are those the ones that I got? They had an extremely high germination rate.

Same species but from a different tree and last winter's fruit droppings. Are they doing well for you?
