Local pickup.

Dwarf Namwah is a sweet, delicious Thai Ladyfinger variety who's thick trunk means staking isn't required. It takes our SoCal winter temps just fine.

Hi Rodney, I'd love to make you an offer but I'm a bit too far away (about 11,000kms!). How tall does this cv. get for you? Have you got any of the tall Namwah? Is there any difference in cold tolerance?

These get around 10 - 12 ft talll. Dwarf namwah takes temps down to the low 30's F, w/o yellowing. I don't have the tall version. I also have Jamaican Red, but it hasn't bore fruit, yet

Is this dwarf namwah? The banana closest to my back garage ( the 3 P-stem) is supposed to be "ice cream" but I'd found out that they sold tall namwah as "ice cream" at big box stores.

The bananas closer to the point where the picture was taken ( P stem on the far right behind cherimoya foliage) I traded for, they were supposed to be Dwarf Namwah, but to me they look as tall as the standard!

Both have excellent cold tolerance and don't seem to stop growing, even during winter ( though they do slow considerably)

A real good true dwarf is Rajapuri,

The trunks are too skinny to be Dwarf Namwah

How tall does the dwarf namwah get? This wouldn't be the first time I got mislabeled bananas lol
