I would be interested in some cuttings to root. What color are the berries?

The berries look a lot like blackberries, but Nigras are almost impossible to root. If you still want to try, e-mail me.

Oh okay. That's for the offer anyways. My success rate with rooting is a wee bit dodgy.

This week I am ordering russian mulberry rootstocks from Burnt Ridge because I want to try and graft some, if you want to try grafting a Noir de Spain or other morus nigra!

Hi Carla,

I use to have a grafted Noir de Spain that I bought from Whitman Farms. I got to try one fruit in the first season and it died the next. I would love to try grafting this variety. I've been a regular reader on the Cloudforest for many years, but this will be my first post.

Thanks,
eNorm

How are their shipping prices? I couldn't find any listed on their website.

I will let you know the cost from Burnt Ridge when I order, but FYI I also asked them about their Goldrush apple scionwood and their mulberry scionwood, and here is their reply:

Don't have any Gold-rush apple scionwood, but we do have scionwood available for the following apples: Honeycrisp, Akane, transparent, Wynooche, Gravenstein, Bella, Liberty, Spartan, Macoun, Wolf River, Northern Spy, Spitzenberg, Dolgo. In mulberries we have Illinois, Sweet Lavender, Black Beauty, Persian Fruiting, Silk Hope, White Fruiting, and Weeping...

Also, is there any way for y'all to e-mail me directly about my Noir de Spain instead of sending private messages? My main e-mail account is AOL, but I cannot stay signed in here through AOL for whatever reason. So I have to go sign in through the Chrome browser just for this, and it's a pain in the patooty to get private messages.

I'm sorry... how do I contact you by email?

Thanks,
