I'm looking for any feijoa scions you deem worthy of propagating. I have several seedlings I'd like to graft over to named cultivars, and would love to find a couple of good quality, productive varieties. Will pay for postage by check or Paypal.

I have Nazameth and Coolidge. Be forewarned, they are tough to graft.
Tropical gardening in both Kaua'i windward Sunset H2/USDA 12b and Fallbrook Sunset 23/USDA 10b.

Is there a particular method of grafting you recommend? Have you tried grafting them yourself? Thanks, Axel.

They may be hard to graft, but they're pretty easy to root.

i have Albert's Pride and Albert's Supreme, but
1) i could only give you a tiny stick
2) i'm not sure which is which, and
3) i kinda feel like it's disrespctful of Mark Albert and his work for me to give it away.

I think his email may be albert@pacific.net. Maybe if you got an OK from him. But really, I feel like we ought to buy them if we want his.

Albert's Supreme is a good one with big fruit and tasty. I recommend it.

Thank you Ellen and cchan. I've gone ahead and send an email to Mr. Albert, to see if he is willing to sell me cuttings, himself.

A bunch of his varieties were at the scion exchanges. I got Albert's Joy and Pride. Not sure if my grafts will take. Hard wood and narrow cambrium

If you are good they can also be started by cuttings. I made 10 cuttings and one survived.

Does any one know where I could get an Albert's Supreme and Albert's Joy feijoa plant?

Thanks,
