Hi guys, I'm am in Australia and really want a maca plant our seeds, can anyone help ?

i tried to grow MACA from seed, no luck. got 4 at 2 different times to get 1-2 inches, then they died.
From what i understand, you need the altitude for the roots to get big.

It may have been the heat for me, but,
i talked to 2-3 people who had the same experience.

The main problem with growing them in the British climate is that they might need the rarefied heights of the Andes with thinner air and more intense solar radiation. It is quite likely that they will be unhappy in the moist and relatively sunless climate of this country[K].
