what can sweet cherry be grafted to?

I would like to graft a sweet cherry scion to my apricot tree. Does anybody know if they are compatible?

I believe the answer is "no". Within the stone fruit group there is some wiggle room with peaches, nectarines and almonds (although which is the scion may matter in some cases). For cherries, it's generally either sweet or sour and you're OK.
