ID plant please

This shrub is blooming now and has a very strong citrus smell. It stays evergreen and it appeared one summer after a bird must of dropped a seed. It gets black berries in the summer and fall.
I really like it but I don't know what it is.

Invasive Plant

Hi. This is Daphne laureola (spurgelaurel) which has made the the Pacific Northwest it's new home. It inhabits parks, industrial woods, etc. It is also a host for green aphids. I know it looks like a Pittosporum but get rid of it!
