Great place you've got there Joe. Looks like a jungle! I wish my lot was that large....and that I had that many mature exotics. I love the trunks of the eucs amidst the evergreen foliage. One day I must see it for myself!

My goal this summer is to finally make it to SSI so I will take you up on your offer. Your yard looks great and like Marc said I wish I had a yard as big as yours. I am running out of room already.

Those sabals are exactly what I have been looking for.I wish I could find a source here in Vancouver that is reasonably priced. The only place that I know that has sabal minor is Casino tropics and they want $400.00 for theirs. Anyway they look awesome! Good buy.
