That is a very healthy looking palm. I'm looking at the price, very cheap too! It will flourish in your mild climate for sure. My Phoenix is thriving, I top dressed around it with rotted manure a month and a half ago then hit it with Palm fert. a few weeks ago, it's looking very green. It's been growing nicely despite our cool Spring. I have lost many in the past due to Winter cold. This one I will not lose and i'll make sure of that. This one has been through a few winters outdoors now. Cheers, Joe
