Fan Palm Long vs Short Fronds

Hello everyone, I live in Portland and have two Windmill Palms, ones about 6 feet of trunk, the other about 3.5. The thing is, one has fronds that extends maybe a foot from the top of the trunk, the other fronds are really long, like maybe three feet, so they really arch. The one with the long fronds was called Raleigh edition, from Cistus about 4 years ago. Is this a different variety actually??? Thanks.
