Damaged Palm

I have a Queen Palm. A child tried to climb it and broke 2 of the central stalks. The tree looks OK but no new stalks are forming. What can I expect?

assuming that you are referring to leaf stalks if the plant is otherwise healthy and there is no severe cold weather your area (high teens to low 20's) you should get new foliage growth next spring/early sumer when the weather begins to be consistantly warm. good luck.
