Helleborus foetidus

Any Helleborus pro's around? Can I find this plant locally? This is one cool Hellebor.

They self-seed

Bryce they self-seed profusely so if you spot one in your neighbourhood I am sure they won't mind digging up a plant or two for you. Too bad you are on the other side of the line. I have several small ones growing in a shady area favored by my "300 lbs" lab, so they won't last long, lol.

Thanks Vlad

What a cool plant. This is one Hellebore that I'd make room for to get intergated into a bed or two.

If I was in BC I'd defintely take you up on the offer. I'll have to start calling around some of the nurseries around here to see if anyone has them. It is just about Hellebore time in the nurseries.

Thank you for posting the pictures as well.

300lbs Lab...you mean horse? lol
