Grevillea question (regrowth)
Also, same question regarding acacia pravissima.
If not I'm gonna stick with Murray Valley Queens and Marshalls Seedlings as those came through completely undamaged. My Pink Pearls, rosemarinifolia and both Poorinda Constances were zapped by the December cold spell.

I don't think they do that. I asked on the Forum last year after the cold we had then and Ian said no. I lost my rosmarinifolia, juniperiana f sulphurea, Poorinda Constance and Canterbury Gold. I was only smart enough to have taken cuttings of the Constance and did plant out another one last summer. Fortunately this year, so far, has been a breeze! The Constance and the Molongolo are doing great, just starting to bloom.

I had blackened foliage on grevilleas the previous winter and waited and waited well into summer to hopefully see some regrowth.
The other strange thing with them is any foliage that gets covered...by snow or even fallen tree leaves...seems to turn black overwinter and dies. Seems it's one plant that can't handle a huge amount of cold, but also can't handle my covering them to protect them from that cold...kinda frustrating. Not sure if this black foliage is fungal attack or what...
Breezing thru this winter thankfully...buds on the Canberra are fattening up nicely out there.

My Canberra Gem and a tall Callistemon were both blackened last year. I cut both back to about 6" from the ground, and they each put on about 2' in a year!

Murray V Queen and Marshall's as they came through perfectly. I will scratch the others off my list.
